In January 2022, we successfully ended our project in building a 5-year strategy for our company AGS.
The whole process consisted of 4 stages, in between which there was a large amount of analytical work from the side of our design group consisting of functional managers and members of the development department:
The first session was dedicated to trends, foresights and forming scenarios for the future.
In the second session we worked our organic direction and B2B platforms in deeper details as potential sectors for the expansion of our business, actualized our mission and vision for the company.
In the third session we worked on the business model for AGS. We talked a lot about our clients, their demands and worked on increasing our values for the clients.
In the final session we developed and placed top-tier aims for functional directions and developed a risk guide.
